Kimball Library kicks off summer reading program

·

The Lions shelter in Willow Creek Park in Kimball echoed with sugar-fueled laughter Monday afternoon, June 12. The occasion was the annual Kimball Public Library ice cream social and summer reading program kick-off.

Two of the Stearns County Dairy Princesses passed out ice cream (with a choice of toppings). The Kimball Kruisers 4-H Club had their annual used book sale at the same time. And the Great Brodini performed for kids in the other room, drawing them into his act.

Stop in at the Kimball Public Library to learn more about the summer reading program, or call (320) 398-3915.

Don?Äôt forget, they have Sunshine Storytime scheduled throughout the summer too! For ages 3-8, it?Äôs from 10:30-
11:30 a.m. twice a month. The dates are:
June 21, July 5 and 19, and August 2 and 16.
