NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Main St. N, to consider the following:
Amending City Ordinance 1000 ?Äì Title, Intent, Rules, Definitions to read as follows:
Section 1000.04: DEFINITIONS. The following words and terms, whenever they occur in this Ordinance, are defined as follow:
(50) Kennel – Any structure or premises on which two (2) four (4) or more dogs over six (6) months of age are kept for sale, board, breeding, or profit.
