NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter, at Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider a request for the following:

A Preliminary and Final Plat for Scheeler Second Addition creating thirty-one (31) new lots in the R-1 Urban Residential zoning district.

Property Owners: KEEK Developers, Inc.

Applicant: Jerome Kuechle

Property Location: 18.44 acres near the intersection of Hazel Ave. E. and 83rd Ave. in the City of Kimball, Minnesota.

Legal Description: PID 60.34477.0036 and PID 60.34477.0037.

Outlots A & B, Scheeler Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Stearns County, Minnesota.

Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed request will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments, which need to be received no later than Monday, May 1, 2023, at 5:30 p.m.

Project documents will be available for viewing on the City’s website prior to the public hearing.
