An ordinance repealing ordinance 630, eliminating the licensure of public dances
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KIMBALL, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal
Ordinance 630 is hereby repealed in its entirety and the licensing of public dances is hereby eliminated through this ordinance.
Section 2. Assignment of responsibilities
Any responsibilities and/or duties of the City laid out in Ordinance 630 are hereby eliminated through this ordinance.
Section 3. Effective date
This Ordinance is effective upon its adoption and publication as prescribed by law.
