Resolution to Amend City Ordinance 1170 – Parking
Section 1170.06 – Off Street Spaces Required (One space Equals 300 Sq. Ft.) Except in C-1 District
WHEREAS, the City Council met on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, to amend Ordinance Section 1170.06 to read as follows:
Section 1170.02: General Provisions. The following general provisions shall apply throughout the City.
(3) Each parking space shall not be less than ten (10) feed wide and twenty-five (25) feet in length nine (9) feed wide and twenty (20) feet in length.
Section 1170.06: Off Street Spaces Required (One Space Equals 300 Sq. Ft.) Except in C-1 District
(12) Retail Store: At least 1 off-street parking space for each 250 square feet of gross sales floor area.
The amendment is adopted the 13th day of March 2018, and shall be effective upon publication.
