Special Meeting: Board of Education, January 12, 2022, Ind. School District 739 Kimball, MN
Chair Schreiner opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. with members E. Helgeson, Becker, Gallagher, and Mahlum in attendance remotely. The Pledge of Allegiance was said by all.
Motion by E. Helgeson, seconded by Mahlum, to approve the agenda as presented or amended. Motion carried by roll-call vote 5-0.
Motion by Gallagher, seconded by Mahlum, to approve Policy 491, Vaccination, Testing, and Face Covering Policy for Kimball Area Public School employees as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Emergency Temporary Standard on Vaccination and Testing effective January 17, 2022. Motion carried by roll-call vote 5-0.
Motion by E. Helgeson, seconded by Gallagher, to adjourn meeting. Motion carried by roll call vote 5-0.
