The Cubs?Äô baseball team swiped a sweep of Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted last Tuesday, May 16, by scores of 2-0 and 6-4. Kimball pitcher JT Harren gave up four hits in 6 2/3 innings, with nine strikeouts and three walks, to earn the game-one win. Teammate Mason Hennen had a sixth-inning RBI double and scored a run. Nick Gustafson saved game one and picked up the win in game two. Gustafson gave up six hits and one earned run over six innings, with six strikeouts and three walks. Andrew Massmann was 2 for 4, with a double, and Aaron Serbus had an RBI double (5-7 CMC, 8-7 overall).
