Legal Notice The Kingston Township Board is offering dust-guarding to rural township residents located on township roads. Each rural residence would be provided 300 lineal feet at the same width and application rate as provided for township roads at large. The cost to property owners will be 50 percent of the cost to the township. Property owners may elect to have additional dust-guarding at full cost. A sign-up period will be held at the Kingston Community Center from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 3. Payment is due at sign-up. Published in the Tri-County News on April 17 and 24, 2003.
