The Stearns History Museum presents Kringle Fest from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7. Santa Claus will make a special appearance by the museum’s cozy and historic Carnegie fireplace. He will visit with children and families to collect those special wish lists and letters to take back to the North Pole. Parents, bring your cameras for family photos with Santa in this wonderful holiday setting. There will also be the opportunity for children to make holiday decorations and to enjoy cookies and cider. Escape the crowds at the mall and celebrate the holiday season with the Stearns History Museum. The halls are decorated and Santa’s workshop is filled with toys. The museum is a great place for families to get away from the hustle and bustle of shopping centers while enjoying the beauty of the season and museum exhibits such as the teddy bears and the miniature circus.
