Krippner named to Girls State
American Legion Auxiliary Unit 261 of Kimball announces its Minnesota Girls State representative as Lilliah Krippner, daughter of Joe and Amy Krippner of Watkins, and a junior at Kimball Area High School.
Minnesota Girls State is an American Legion Auxiliary sponsored program of -learning and fun that instills the basic ideals and principles of American Government and good citizenship. American Legion Auxiliary Girls State brings together 200-300 young women who are juniors in high school from throughout Minnesota at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minn., the week of June 15-21. American Legion Auxiliary Girls State has empowered hundreds of thousands of accomplished young women to aspire to great things.
