February 3, 2003 This week’s CMC female athlete of the week is Tammy Kuechle, a senior basketball player at Kimball Area High School. In three games last week, Kuechle had 74 points, 38 rebounds, 18 steals, 11 assists and six blocked shots. Tammy shot 67.4 percent from the field in those games. In last week’s game at Holdingford Tammy recorded a triple-double – 27 points, 14 rebounds and 10 steals! February 12, 2003 Tammy Kuechle was again named CMC athlete of the week. In three wins last week, she had 68 points, 47 rebounds, 19 steals, 11 assists and six blocked shots. Tammy shot 48 percent from the field and 86 percent from the free-throw line in those games. In Tuesday’s game, Tammy recorded her second straight triple-double with 22 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists. Congratulations on your achievements, Tammy!
