Maine Prairie Township will accept sealed bids for overlaying and patching 13,728 feet, 2.6 miles, more or less, of blacktop on township roads. The bids will be opened June 8, 2004, at 8:30 p.m., at the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 Elm St. N., Kimball, MN 55353. The bid proposal may be obtained by contacting Chairman James Unterberger, 8575 Hwy. 55 East, Kimball, MN 55353, or by phone at (320) 398-5771. Inspection of the bid sites will be: June 2, 2004, at 4 p.m., Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall. The Township Board will require a certificate of insurance for workers’ compensation and general liability insurance. The Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any defects or technicalities therein.
