Notice is hereby given that Tuesday, May 11, 2004, the Maine Prairie Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 Elm Street North, Kimball, Minn., to consider a variance submitted by: Tobin L. & Virginia G. Castle, 7786 Carnelian Road, Kimball, Minn., to place an addition on an existing garage 36 feet from center line of Carnelian Road instead of the required 63 feet. Located in Section 24, Govt. Lot 4, lying East of Hentges Lakeshore Lots North and West of Stanley Subd. Rd. West of Stanley Subd. and South of Carnelian Lake in Maine Prairie Township. All interested persons are invited to attend said public hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support or in opposition to the proposed request.
