A public hearing is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2004, for a Variance on an accessory building by: James Sullivan 4671 Bridgewater Road South Haven, MN Section 4, TWP 121, Range 28. Mr. Sullivan wants to build an accessory building on his property 40′ x 30′ x 10′ which is 1200 sq. ft. and the Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances, Section 504.11.A.1, limit the size to 900 sq. ft. according to the lot size. This accessory building will have a similar roof line to his home and he will be removing two smaller storage sheds when the new building is completed. Submitted by: Ruth B.
