A public hearing is scheduled for 7:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, 2004, for a Variance on an accessory building by Larry Fischer. The new building would be located 115 feet from the center of County Road 146. The location of this pole building is limited because of the natural features of Mr. Fischer’s property. The pole building size would be 36 feet (south wall) 62 feet (east wall) 30 feet (North wall) and three overhead garage doors and two service doors on the west wall. Larry Fischer’s address is 1833 County Road 146, Clearwater MN 55320, Section 12, Twp. 122, Range 28 in Fairhaven Township. According to Fair-haven Township Ordinances Section 404.3.a.
