Notice is hereby given that the Maine Prairie Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. January 13, 2004, in the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 Elm Street North, Kimball, Minn. Public hearing will be at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of personally examining the township road and/or a road in a plat proposed to be vacated and for hearing all reasons for and against said proposed road vacation and to take action on said petition. The proposed road to be vacated as described in the petition is as follows: That portion of Maine Prairie Township road and/or a road described in the plat as follows: Starting at NW edge of Brower Avenue to the SE corner of Parcel #20-11780-0/0/001 and #20-11785-/001 as described in and located in Angler’s Park on Goodner’s Lake-original plat, Stearns County, Minn. All persons wishing to be heard in consideration of vacating this road in Angler’s Park Plat will be heard at this hearing. Both written and oral testimony will be considered.
