Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as Personal representative, or may object to the appointment of the Personal Representative. Unless objections are filed pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-607, and the court otherwise orders, the Personal Representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this Notice, or the claims will be barred.

Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Maine Prairie Township, Stearns County, State of Minnesota, that filing for town office will be open from December 30, 2025, through January 13, 2026.

Affidavits of Candidacy shall be filed at the Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353. Filing fee is $2.00. Call for an appointment at (320) 398-2905.

Office to be filled:

• One (1) Supervisor for a three-year term.

Candidates may withdraw from filing until 5 p.m. January 15, 2026.

Election

Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Kingston Township Meeker County, State of Minnesota, that filing for town office will be held for two weeks beginning December 30, 2025, through January 13, 2026. Affidavits of Candidacy shall be filed with the Township Clerk at 35359 – 732 Ave., Kimball, MN, 55353. Filing will close at 5:00 p.m. on January 13, 2026. Candidates have until January 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to withdraw from the township election. The filing fee is $2.00. The offices to be filled at the March 10, 2026, election are: Supervisor (B) for a three-year term and Clerk for a two-year term. Any questions, call the Clerk at (320) 398-8400 and leave a message.
