MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. An application for a Variance has been submitted by James and Anita Vossen, owners of Lot 8 Block 001 Rest-A-While Shores Development, to build a new house with attached garage. The layout for their new home and attached garage will be 49 ft. from the center of the private easement road known as Aspenwood Road. According to Stearns County Ordinances 9.9.9.A.3, the set back is listed at 63 ft. from the center line. The garage is closer to the road than the house. Submitted by  Ruth B.
