An application for a Variance has been submitted by David and Susan Host, 5825 Bradley Road, South Haven, MN 55382. The layout for their new home and attached garage will be 46 ft. from the center of Bradley Road. According to Stearns County Ordinances 9.9.9.A.3, the set back is listed at 63 ft. from the center line. The garage is closer to the road than the house.
