MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF ANNUAL
MEETING AND ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Maine Prairie Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting and Election will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at the below scheduled times.
The Election polls will open at 5:00 p.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor for a three (3) year term.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to conduct all necessary town business as prescribed by law.
The Annual Meeting and Election will be held at the following location:
Maine Prairie Township Hall
7551 Dellwood Road
Kimball, MN 55353
The Board of Canvass will meet following the Annual Meeting to certify the official election results.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR FAIR HAVEN TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Fair Haven Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, that
the Election of Officers and the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Incase of inclement weather the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
The election poll hours will be 4-8 pm at which time voters will elect: one supervisor for a term of 3 years, and a clerk for a term of 2 years.
The Annual meeting will commence at 8:10 pm to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The election and Annual meeting will be held at the Fair Haven Township Hall, 5205 Cty Rd 44, South Haven, Mn. 55382.
The board of canvass will meet after the Annual meeting is adjourned.

Notice is hereby given that the Maine Prairie Town Board will meet on March 3, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN. The reason for the change of meeting is due to the Township Election and Annual Meeting to be held on March 10, 2026.

For Kingston Township residents
Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, State of MN, that the Election of Township Officers and the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday, March 17, 2026. The election poll hours will be 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at which time voters will elect: One supervisor (B) for a three-year term and a Clerk for a two-year term. The Board of Canvas will follow the election. The Annual meeting will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The Election and Annual meeting will be held at the Kingston Community Center 30840 722nd Ave. Dassel, MN 55325.
