MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP

SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES

FOR SNOW PLOWING SERVICES

Maine Prairie Township is soliciting quotes for snow plowing/removal services for the 2025-2026 winter season.

Call the Town Clerk at (320) 398-2905 to request a quote packet. Quotes will be opened at the Town Meeting on November 12, 2025, at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. 

The meeting is held at Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, Minn. Upon acceptance of the quote, the Township will require proof of insurance for General Liability and Workers’ Compensation.

The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any defect or technicalities therein. Quotes can be presented at the meeting on November 12 or sent to Maine Prairie Township, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353 prior to November 12.
