AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KIMBALL, MINNESOTA,

ASSIGNING STREET ADDRESSES FOR ENERGY

ESTATES DEVELOPMENT

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KIMBALL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:

Section 1. That the property identified by the folowing Block and Lot numbers be assigned the addresses listed below:

1 1 115 Energy Lane 

1 2 130 Energy Lane 

1 3 150 Energy Lane 

1 4 175 Energy Lane

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. Adopted by the Kimball City Council this 8th day of September, 2025.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KIMBALL, MINNESOTA,

AMENDING SECTION 505.01 SUBD. 1 OF CITY ORDINANCE 505

TRAFFIC AND PARKING REGULATIONS

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KIMBALL DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:

That Section 505.01 Subd. 1 of City Ordinance 505 Traffic and Parking Regulations be amended to include (h) as stated below:

(h) On the west side of Oak Street from its intersection with Hazel Avenue and Spruce Avenue continuing north for approximately 185 feet until its point of termination.

This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. A complete copy of the updated Ordinance is on file with the City Clerk.

Amended by the Kimball City Council this 8th day of September, 2025.
