Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a Judgment entered in the above-
entitled action on September 18, 2023, a certified copy of the Order for which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises, hereinafter described, to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendants Dustin and Megan Johnson, as prescribed in the Order, the undersigned Sheriff of Stearns County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash the following property:

DATE AND TIME OF SALE: September 17, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.

PLACE OF SALE: 807 Court House Square, St. Cloud, MN 56303

TIME AND DATE TO VACATE: Unless said lien is satisfied or the property redeemed, or unless the time for redemption is reduced by judicial order, you must vacate the premises by 11:59 p.m. on March 17, 2026.

HOMESTEAD NOTICE

PART OF THE PROPERTY TO BE SOLD CONTAINS YOUR HOUSE, YOU MAY DESIGNATE AN AREA AS A HOMESTEAD TO BE SOLD AND REDEEMED SEPARATELY.

THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE OWNER, THE OWNER’S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 582.032, DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN FIVE UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
