On Wednesday, Dec. 19, Joann Hendricks and Renee Berscheid delivered the collected items from the Giving Tree, which was located at the Kimball American Legion Club, to the St. Cloud V.A.
Some of the items donated were coats, hoodies, T-shirts, underwear, socks, sweatpants, decks of cards, dice, and a few other items.
St. John’s Lutheran Church Quilter Ladies also donated 13 beautiful quilts to the St. Cloud V.A. which Joann and Renee delivered. The volunteers in the clothing room were very happy to receive all the items, especially the quilts.
The Kimball American Legion Auxiliary would like to thank everyone who donated to the Giving Tree this year.
On Monday, Dec. 17, Linda Rose delivered items to the Kimball Schools that were from the Giving Tree. They were happy to receive them.
The American Legion Auxiliary would like to thank everyone who donated something for this year’s Giving Tree.
