Accuracy Test
Notice is hereby given of a public accuracy test to be held on October 21, 2025, at the Meeker County Government Center, 114 N. Holcombe Avenue, Suite 150, Litchfield beginning at 10 a.m. for the purpose of demonstrating the accuracy of the computer programs and equipment to be used at the Special Election on November 4, 2025. Testing will include the ballot scanner and assistive voting ballot marking equipment.
Public accuracy testing is one layer of security to ensure our elections are free, fair, secure and accurate. Public testing is done on each piece of equipment to be used. This test is open to members of the public.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MERGER
Notice is hereby given that Harvest Bank, a Minnesota state banking corporation located at 75 North Main Street, P.O. Box 70, Kimball, Minnesota 55353, has made application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for its written consent to merge Citizens State Bank of Waverly, a Minnesota state banking corporation located at 609 Pacific Avenue, P.O. Box 68, Waverly, Minnesota 55390 with and into Harvest Bank, with Harvest Bank as the surviving entity. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-name institutions will continue to be operated.
This notice is being published in the Tri-County News, a paper of general circulation in Kimball, Minnesota three times beginning Thursday, October 2, 2025 and ending Thursday, October 30, 2025, and the Herald Journal, a paper of general circulation in Waverly, Minnesota four times beginning Friday, October 3, 2025 and ending Friday, October 31, 2025.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the appropriate FDIC office located at 1100 Walnut Street, Suite 2100, Kansas City, Missouri 64106 not later than November 2, 2025. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the appropriate FDIC office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
