Notice of Public Hearing
The Luxemburg Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on Monday July 28, 2014, at 8:00 PM in the
St. Nicholas Church basement to consider the following;
1. A Variance After the Fact request from Schutz Dairy LLC (Jerome and Deborah Schutz), 16158 193rd Ave., Richmond, for construction of a livestock facility 75?Äô from centerline of a Township road.
2. A Variance request from Brian Magedanz, 15749 170th St., Watkins, to build a farm-shop 90?Äô from centerline of a Township road.
The Township Ordinance requires a 125?Äô setback.
All persons wishing to comment on this matter will be heard. Written comments can be submitted to the township clerk.
