Lynden Township trailer fire

Just before 3 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 24, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a trailer on fire at a residence located at 245 222nd Street East in Lynden Township. Robert Emslander, 41 of St. Cloud, reported that he had been working on his “pop-up” style camper trailer when the interior caught fire. The smoke and fire spread so quickly that Emslander was not able to put the fire out on his own. 

The Clearwater Fire Department responded to the scene and put out the fire. The camper-trailer was a total loss.
