Adoption of Ordinance No. 2023-01
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP LAND USE AND ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 4
On March 7, 2023, the Board of Supervisors for the Town of Maine Prairie, Stearns County, Minn., adopted the above Ordinance. Due to the lengthy content of the Ordinance, a brief summary follows:
The Ordinance amends the Township’s Zoning Ordinance to require owners of dwellings used as short-term rentals to keep certain records pertaining to those renting such properties, and limiting rentals of such properties to no more than two rentals per calendar month, and no more than 14 days in any calendar month.
