MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP SOLICITATION OF QUOTES FOR GRAVEL HAULING SERVICES
Maine Prairie Township is soliciting quotes for gravel hauling services for its Township roads in 2017. Call the Town Clerk at 320-398-2905 to request a quote packet.
Quotes will be opened at the Town Board Meeting on March 7, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. or, as soon thereafter as possible, at Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN.
Upon acceptance of the quote, the Township will require proof of insurance for General Liability and Workers?Äô Compensation.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any defect or technicalities therein. Quotes can be presented at the meeting on
March 7, 2017, or sent to Maine Prairie Township, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353-9704, prior to March 7. If you have questions, you may contact Chair John Wicker at 320-398-2400.
