MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES
FOR SNOW PLOWING SERVICES
Maine Prairie Township is soliciting quotes for snow plowing/removal services for the 2015-2016 winter season.
Call the Town Clerk at 320-398-2905 to request a quote packet. Quotes will be opened at the Town Meeting on November 10th, 2015, at 7:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible.
The meeting is held at Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN. Upon acceptance of the quote, the Township will require proof of insurance for General Liability and Workers?Äô Compensation.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any defect or technicalities therein. Quotes can be presented at the meeting on November 10th or sent to Maine Prairie Township, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353-9704 prior to November 10th.
