MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Maine Prairie Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting and Election will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at the below scheduled times.
The Election polls will open at 3:00 p.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor for a three (3) year term.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, to conduct all necessary town business as prescribed by law.
The Annual Meeting and Election will be held at the following location:
Maine Prairie Township Hall
7551 Dellwood Road
Kimball, MN 55353
The Board of Canvass will meet following the Annual Meeting to certify the official election results.
