“Up on the Roof.” “Under the Boardwalk.” “This Magic Moment.” “There Goes My Baby.” “Dance with Me.” “Spanish Harlem.” “Stand by Me.” The list of hits goes on and on.

The Drifters, one of Rock & Roll’s founding vocal groups, is once again touring the U.S. under the auspices of their original management team. From their inception in the early 1950’s and up until recently, The Drifters has a symbiotic relationship with Rock & Roll legend George Treadwell who has discovered and managed such famous artists as Dinah Washington, Sarah Vaughn, and Nina Simone. The Treadwell -Family was there when the original Drifters formed, and was responsible for guiding their career through 20 years of uninterrupted hits that has made them the second-most successful recording artist of all time, according to Billboard Magazine.

• Martha Redbone – Saturday, March 22, 7:30 p.m.

Martha Redbone is a vocalist, songwriter, composer, and music educator celebrated for her tasty gumbo of roots music embodying the folk and mountain blues sounds of her childhood in the Appalachian hills of Kentucky, mixed with the eclectic grit of her teenage years in pre-gentrified Brooklyn. Inheriting her powerful gospel-singing father’s voice and the resilient spirit of her mother’s Southeastern Indigenous culture, Redbone broadens the boundaries of American Roots music with songs and storytelling that share her life experience as an Afro-Indigenous woman and mother navigating in the new millennium. Martha also works in partnership with longtime collaborator/
husband Aaron Whitby. Their works give voice to issues of social justice, connecting cultures and celebrating the human spirit.

• Killer Country with The Killer Vees – Tuesday, March 25, 1:30 and 7:30 p.m.

The Killer Vees perform Classic Tunes From the Golden Age of Country Music. 

The Vees grew up on the road and in the business, and have spent the better part of the last 40 years wowing audiences across the world. They have performed, recorded and/or toured with a virtual who’s who of Rock And Roll.

In 2008 Jeff and Tommy joined forces with their cousin Matt Vee and his talented wife Julie Velline to form “The Killer Vees.” Tommy’s 17-year-old son Bennett Vee will be joining the Killer Vees playing lead guitar. Bennett is the grandson of the late Bobby Vee, and the third generation of the Vee family to take the stage.

The Killer Country band is rounded out by Brian C. Peters from the Mary Jane Alm band on pedal steel and other assorted guitars, along with Kale Reed of Johnny Holm Band fame on fiddle, mandolin and vocals, and Alexandra Green sharing female lead vocal responsibilities.

• Mason Dixon Line Born on the Bayou: A Tribute to John Fogerty and CCR – Friday, March 28, 7:30 p.m.

John Fogerty 80th Birthday Bash!

Mason Dixon Line pays homage to America’s preeminent rock and rollers and most successful rock band ever. Join them as they present: “Born On The Bayou: The Music of John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival.” In a career spanning a short four years, CCR would chart an impressive 39 Top-40 hits, with 25 of them reaching the Top 10. Their résumé would boast 21 Gold and Platinum records, with more than 100 million albums sold worldwide. As a solo artist, John Fogerty would continue his streak of international hits and prominence on the rock and roll landscape. • Ring of Kerry Farewell: Final Concert – Sunday, March 30, 7:30 p.m.

Ring of Kerry is celebrating its 25th season of Celtic music and dance. After 25 years of energetic and crowd-pleasing shows, they are saying farewell to the community and the stage. This show on March 30 will be the band’s final performance, and a farewell to the community they started in and love so well. This show features Eilis Academy of Irish Dance.
