March minutes summary from Kimball School Board

The Kimball School Board held their March 17 regular meeting beginning at 6 p.m. 

The board approved two 2025-2026 contracts for speech therapy services, a leave of absence request, and coaching assignments for the Fall Musical, Spring Play, and JV Softball.

The principals reported Career and Technical Education (CTE) programming available to high school students, the conclusion of One Book One School activities, concerns with SMART watches, Cubs Pride celebration, new -photographer vendor, severe weather awareness week, and enrollment for the upcoming school year.

The superintendent reported on the 2025-2026 calendar, facilities and budget committee meetings, and READ ACT MOU for high school special education teachers.

The board approved the 2025-2026 Pre-Labor Day start calendar.

The next meeting is Monday, April 21, at 6 p.m.
