Collection Reflections is the topic for Kurt Meyer’s presentation at the Dassel History Center 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4. Kurt and his wife Paula of Edina and St. Ansgar, Iowa, (they have two homes) have been collecting art for approximately 30 years. “Art brings me joy, collecting brings me pleasure.” he said.
An exhibit at the History Center from the Meyer’s collection which will be there through Saturday, Aug. 25, entitled Vessel and Vases; Bouquets and Botanicals. It was installed to be part of the annual Dassel Flower Show which this year has the same theme.
