State Soldiers Assistance Program – Veterans survey

The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs State Soldiers Assistance Program (SSAP) has provided direct financial assistance for Veterans for almost 100 years. It’s time that we take a close look at the benefits provided under that program and better understand the needs of our Veterans and their dependents now and in the future.

We are looking for your input on how we can best serve our Veterans and their dependents now and into the future. Your input is critical and will inform changes to the benefits we offer Minnesota Veterans.

To show our appreciation for your time, the first 3,000 Veterans who complete the survey will receive a $20 gift card and every Veteran who completes a survey will be entered into a drawing to win one $100 gift card (100 Veterans will be drawn).

We would like you to know that:

• Your participation is voluntary – you can stop the survey at any time.

• Your answers will be confidential – we will not identify your name in connection with your answers.

• Your answers will be grouped with other survey responses into a report for the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs and affiliated partners.

• Your survey responses will not impact your ability to utilize any services you receive from these programs.

• We are interested in your honest thoughts and ideas, so there are no right or wrong answers.

• Your feedback will help improve services for Veterans and their families across the state.

• You can skip any question you do not want to answer.
