MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP
SOLICITATION OF QUOTES FOR GRAVEL HAULING SERVICES
Maine Prairie Township is soliciting quotes for gravel hauling services for its Township roads in 2025. Call the Town Clerk at (320) 398-2905 to request a quote packet.
Quotes will be opened at the town meeting on April 9, 2025, at 7:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at Maine Prairie Township Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, Minn.
Upon acceptance of the quote, the Township will require proof of insurance for general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all quotes and to waive any defect or technicalities therein. Quotes can be presented at the meeting on April 9 or sent to Maine Prairie Township, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball MN 55353-9704, prior to April 9.
