My HealtheVet login changes assistance available

The St. Cloud VA’s Virtual Health Resource Center is offering walk-in assistance with the required login changes for My HealtheVet. This will include Veterans who have not changed over to the Login.gov or ID.me sign in platforms or Veterans who need additional support for sign in or questions.

Support is available at the following locations and times:

• Montevideo VA Clinic, 814 N 11th St., Montevideo – May 22, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

• Brainerd VA Clinic, 722 NW 7th St., Brainerd – May 12, 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

• Max J. Beilke VA Clinic, 410 30th Ave. E., Alexandria – May 15, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

• St. Cloud VA Medical Center, in Bldg. 29, Room 20 – May 30, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.

Veterans need to bring the following items:

• Personal email address/password

• ID such as driver’s license, Veterans ID, Social Security Card

• Personal phone number

• Device to log into site such as cellular phone
