Kuechle on MSCTC honors list Tammy Kuechle of Watkins was included on the spring semester honors list at Minnesota State Community and Technical College-Fergus Falls. To be included on the list, students must complete 12 or more credits and maintain a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.25 or better. Kuechle earned a 4.0 GPA for the spring semester.
