Notice Hearing May 18, for rezoning request of Triple D Enterprises

Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a rezoning request submitted by Triple D Enterprises for Kathleen Dietman, Kimball MN to rezone approximately 3.5 acres from the Agricultural 40 zoning district to the Commercial zoning district in accordance with Section 4.10 of Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439. The property under consideration is part of the SW1/4 SE1/4, lying easterly of 88th Ave in Section 11 of Maine Prairie Township (122/29). The property address is 18036 88th Ave, Kimball.

Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Stearns County Service Center West, Room 121B & C/D, 3301 County Road 138, Waite Park, Minnesota.

A copy of the proposed requests are on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota and can be viewed during regular business hours. These requests/information can also be viewed approximately one week prior to the meeting at co.stearns.mn.us, by clicking on Board and Committee meetings. Action taken on these applications will be available shortly after the meeting at the same web site location.

All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the proposed request. Written testimony should be submitted to the Stearns County Environmental Services Department, Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota 56303.
