Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, that the Annual Township meeting will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2004. In case of inclement weather the meeting and election may be postponed until March 16, 2004. The election poll hours will be from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m., at which time the voters will elect one supervisor for a three-year term and a clerk for a two-year term. The board of caucus will be held at 8 p.m. until 8:15 p.m. The annual meeting will commence at 8:30 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
