Legal Notice NOTICE OF BID REQUEST FAIRHAVEN TOWN BOARD The Fairhaven Town Board is requesting sealed bids for reclaiming, shaping and packing of old bituminous on selected streets in the townsite of Fair Haven. Bids must be received on or before bid opening, which will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, at the town hall. The township retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
