The Kingston Township Board will issue a Certificate of Indebtedness for the tarring of 350th St. and 737th Ave. (1 mile), not to exceed $100,000 from State Bank of Kimball; to be repaid over five (5) years and will be part of the tax levy for the next five (5) years. This is being done in accordance with electoral approval obtained at the 2004 annual meeting and the special meeting which was held May 6, 2004. If a petition with 10 percent of the voters voting at the last annual election is not filed within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice, with the township clerk, the Kingston Township Board will proceed to issue the Certificate of Indebtedness.
