Notice of Hearing on Improvement

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 6:30 p.m. on November 16, 2021, to consider the making of Improvement No. 2021-01, the improvement of State Highway 15 between Trunk Highway 55 and 350 feet south of Linden Avenue, by utility replacement and street reconstruction pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $527,750. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
