Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct certain public hearings as follows: 1. To consider a one (1) lot plat entitled “B and B Adolph Acres” submitted by Robert Adolph, Kimball, MN, according to Stearns County Ordinance #230. This property is zoned Residential 5 (R-5) and the 5.00 acre plat is located in part of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 lying westerly of 83rd Avenue, Section 2, Maine Prairie Township (121/29). 2. To consider a six (6) lot plat entitled “Wipper 2nd Addition” submitted by Gerald Wipper, South Haven, MN, according to Stearns County Ordinance #230. This property is zoned Residential 5 (R-5) and the 40 acre plat is located in Outlot A and Lot 2 Block 1, Wipper Addition lying north westerly of Belmont Road, Section 6, Fairhaven Township (121/28). Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2003, beginning at 7 p.m. in the County Board Room, County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota. A copy of the proposed requests are on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minnesota and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearings or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the proposed requests.
