Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a rezoning request submitted by Richard Urdahl, Sandy, Utah, for Fiserv Trust Company, Denver, Colo., to reconfigure the Residential 1 (R-1) and Residential 5 (R-5) zoning district boundaries on approximately 40 acres of property. The property under consideration is Lot 1 Block 2, Lot 2 Block 2 and Outlot A of Lake Louisa Hills, lying southerly of County Road 44, westerly of Louisa Court and northerly of Lake Louisa, Section 7, Fairhaven Township (121/28). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, beginning at 7 p.m. in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn. A copy of the proposed request is on file in the Stearns County Environmental Services Office, County Administration Center, Room 343, 705 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, Minn., and can be viewed during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date, either in support of or in opposition to the request.
