Legal Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2004, for a variance on a proposed new house and deck with a tuck-under garage located at 6552 Aspenwood Road, South Haven, MN, Section 7, Township 121, Range 28, Fairhaven Township. The property is owned by Ruth and David Johnson, (320) 398-7295. The proposed new house and deck with tuck-under garage would be located 37 feet from the center of Aspenwood Road on the west side of the property and 41 feet from the east side. Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances call for a setback of 65 feet from this private easement road. The road splits this lake property and there is a hill that has to be dug into for the basement of the new home. The setback from the lakeshore on Lake Louisa is 75 feet. According to Fairhaven Ordinances Section 504.3a, the setback of structures from township roads shall be 65 feet from the center of the road.
