Owner is Evelyn A. Bohan, 6602 Aspenwood Road, South Haven, MN, Section 7, Township 121, Range 28, Parcel #09.05515. 000. The proposed addition is to enclose the present deck located 18 feet from the center of Aspenwood Road and 56 feet from Lake Louisa. Fairhaven Zoning Ordinances call for a 65 foot setback from this private easement road. According to Fairhaven Ordinances Section 504.3a, the setback of structures from township roads shall be 65 feet from the center of the road.
