Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 6, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter, at Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N, to consider the following:
A request by Brian and Megan Kiffmeyer for a variance from the 100-foot setback requirement in the Ag District to a setback of
53 feet from the east property line for the parcel of property identified to build a shed.
Parcel of Property: A tract of land lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, in Township 121, Range 29, Stearns County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence running West along the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 363 feet; thence running North a distance of 600 feet, thence running East a distance of 363 feet to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence running South along the East Line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 600 feet to the point of beginning.
Anyone wishing to comment will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments, which need to be received no later than Monday, August 6th, at 7:00 p.m.
