NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main St. N., to consider the following:

A request by the Kimball Fire and Rescue Department for the property located at 300 Elm Street N. is requesting a variance from the free standing 9 square feet in area and 5 feet in height (including the mounting structure) that is permitted in a residential district to a 16.8 square foot and 6.49 feet in height sign located on the west side of property.

Lot 005 Block 001 of Maus Addition to Kimball Prairie, Stearns County, Minnesota.

Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed request will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments, which need to be received no later than Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 6:30 p.m.
