THURSDAY, AUG. 19, 2004 Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a one (1) lot plat entitled “Schneider Acres” submitted by Larry and Julie Schneider, Kimball, MN, according to Stearns County Ordinance #230. This property is zoned Agricultural 80 (A-80). The 4.76 acre plat is located in part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying northwesterly of Caisson Road, Section 21, Maine Prairie Township (122/29). Notice is further given that the above hearing will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, in the County Administration Center, 705 Courthouse Square, County Board Room 109, St. Cloud, Minn.
